一氧化氮 (Nitricoxide ,NO)在生物体内有多种生理和毒性作用。大量证据表明NO参与各种原因引起的肝损伤 ,且呈现双向作用。NO的生物学功能与其产生的时间、来源及伴随产生的多种细胞因子等密切相关。在生理条件下或肝损伤的早期NO主要表现保护作用 ,而在肝损伤的后期 ,巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞源性的NO加重肝损伤 ,同时常伴有肿瘤坏死因子α(tumornecrosisfactorα ,TNF α)超氧离子 (O-2 )等增多。对NO在肝损伤中作用机制的研究将会为防治肝脏疾病提供新的思路和手段
